Lawyer posts pic of defendant's underwear on facebook

Anything you say can and will be posted on Facebook.

And in Miami apparently, this young attorney thought that naything yu WEAR can also be used against you and posted on facebook.

The attorney took a cell phone picture of her defendants (her client) leopard print underwear and posted it on facebook.  with the caption " proper attire for trial".

And no, Defendant wasn't one of those wearing his pants off his ass.  

Instead, Defendant's  family brought him a bag of fresch cothes to wear during trial.  When Miami-Dade Corrections Officers lifted up the  pieces for a routine inspection, his public defender Anya Cintron Stern snapped a photo of defendant's briefs with her cellphone, and posted it on Facebook.

2nd.  She got fired. 

Case closed.
