Enrique is getting ready to hit the road for The Insomniac Tour beginning April 18th in Dominican Republic.

His latests CD released in March is "95/08" and is his first Spanish #1s hits compilation in his 13 years as a recording artist such as Enamorado Por Primera Vez, Experiencia Religiosa, Bailamos, Heroe or Dímelo (The Ping Pong Song)

Julio Iglesias, Jr.

The winner of Country Music Television's "Gone Country" reality show was born in Madrid, Spain, and raised in Miami, and none other than Julio Iglesias, Jr.

The other contestants competing for the Nashville record deal:
R&B singers Bobby Brown and Sisqo, Twisted Sister's Dee Snider, "American Idol" finalist Diana DeGarmo, Carnie Wilson of Wilson Phillips fame and "The Brady Bunch" star Maureen McCormick.

Gerry House, the morning man at WSIX-Nashville, played some Spanish language country songs to "broaden their listener base". Angry callers called in saying they didn't want another culture being "forced" on them. Then he played the new single by Gone
Country winner Julio Iglesias Jr.

Let's go back and remember that Julio Iglesias (Jr.'s father) had one of the biggest cross-over country hits ever with Willie Nelson: To All the Girls I Loved Before.

Currently on his 2008 World Tour, forty years later after the start of his unparalleled international musical career -over 250 million albums sold in 14 languages- Julio Iglesias is still melting hearts away.
