employee claims his firing was retaliation for "like-ing" on facebook, and therefore impermissible.
But get this, the employee worked for a sheriff who was up for re-election. the employee clicked "like" on the opponent's facebook page.
i mean i all about freedom of speech but... if you're gonna work on someone's campaign then, how is publicly "liking" the opponent commendable?
i guess the reason he got fired was cuz he didnt "like" his job!!!
