OK so it might be in jest but J-Lo's name is coming up in this political query. The real story is this: One of the possibilities for filling the coveted office of NYS Senator is a Kennedy, of course. Caroline Kennedy.
A 25-year veteran of Congress, Rep. Gary Ackerman likens Caroline Kennedy to Jennifer Lopez, saying that Caroline Kennedy is no more qualified than Jennifer Lopez.
"I wouldn't make J.Lo the senator unless she proved she had great qualifications, but we haven't seen them yet."
